Where to find us?

FAQ

You can book a class by going to our Booking page, selecting a class you would like to sign up for and booking your spot. Before all that, you first need to create an account, log in and make sure you have enough credits on your account to use for the booking.

You can create an account in our Registration page or by clicking on the Sign Up menu item in the top header. You can also use Google or Facebook to sign in/up directly without manually creating a new account.

You can buy credits directly in the Booking page. Once you are logged in, you can see the current credit value at the top of the booking widget. Next to it there is a gear icon. Once you click on the gear icon a new page appears with your account details. At the bottom of the page you have a link to Buy credit for your account. Once you click on the buy credit link, you will be redirected to the Shop where we offer different credit packages to buy.

You can view your remaining credits on the Booking page at the top of the widget.

The credit expiration is set to 30 days for all our current packages. This means that the credits are available for use for booking for the 30 days since the purchase date. You can find the expiration dates in the Purchase History page. To navigate to Purchase History, first navigate to the credit package Shop page. In the page, click on Your Settings in the top right corner. A new page appears with your profile information, at the bottom of the page you have a link to Purchase History. In the Purchase History page, you will be able to see all your credit purchases together with the remaining credit value of each package and expiration date.

Yes, you can buy a credit package of your own value. This is however not possible in our online solution, but only in the physical studio itself with one of the instructors.

We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes early before the scheduled class start. The changing space is limited, the studio itself is small, thus there can be waiting time until all the participants are ready for the class.

You can cancel your booking any time in the My Bookings page. In this page you will find all classes you have signed up for with the possibility to cancel your attendance. Be aware though that cancellations are only accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start, after which the cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 60 DKK subtracted from the returned credit amount of the cancelled class.

Only Double Alignment and OnlyU classes offer training with a Reformer and Wunda chair. All the other class types are for matwork group classes.

The studio is located at the address Robert Jacobsens Vej 46E, 2300 København S, a mere 5 minute walk from the Vestamager metro station. The entrance to the studio is from the front side (the side facing Rema1000), not from the Robert Jacobsens Vej street.

Generally speaking refunds of credits are not possible. We only initiate refunds in special circumstances where continued attendance is prohibited due to health or personal reasons. If you wish to refund your bought credits, please write to info@axispilates.dk, specifying which credit package you would like to refund and the reasoning for the refund. Depending on your case, we will either initiate the refund or suggest extended validation period for the credits.

Axis Pilates Studios is the parent company managing Align Atelier. Currently, Axis Pilates Studios only operates a single studio (Align Atelier).
